Kareena To Be Paired with Farhan Akhtar

Kareena Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar will be paired opposite each other for the first time for Sudhir Mishra’s forthcoming film Dhruv. Chitrangada Singh will be the third lead of the film along with Kareena and Farhan.
Sudhir confirmed, “Both, Kareena and Chitrangada are so different in beauty, talent and personality that I’ve conceived two dramatic sequences featuring them. In terms of their look, screen presence and the characters, Kareena and Chitrangada are poles apart.”
A source reported, “The styling of the two ladies is being decided for the shooting which begins on September 15 in Rajasthan. While Kareena will play a politician, Chitrangada will play a femme fatale of politics and the underworld.”
About Kareena, Mishra said, “Kareena is a very special actress. Before I worked with her in Chameli I had heard she was a difficult actress to work with. But she had surrendered completely to my vision, and stood in the rain for hours for the shooting. In this film too I can see her sharing a crackling chemistry with Farhan. This film will take her to another level.”
