Pati Patni aur Woh kick started on 29th September 2009 with 5 very popular couples
Rakhi and Elesh
Sachin and Juhi
Mouni and Gaurav
Apoorva and Shilpa
Gurmeet and Debina
Each couple was given a small cottage to live in and they will have to manage – cooking, cleaning and baby sitting all together without any domestic help, along with the several challenges thrown at them by the show organizers. As soon as the couples set their foot in the house they had to organize their living spaces and just before they got done with it. The couples were given Empathy Bellies. Empathy bellies are paddings that ladies have to wear to look like they are 8 months pregnant.The padding is 15 kgs heavy. The funny part was that even men had to try it on for a few minutes.
Debina made a big deal out of it with her annoying voice. Juhi and Shilpa had back problems thats why Apoorva and Sachin decided to wear it and flaunted their Pregnant Pati status well.
Rakhi as usual made silly comments while trying to act funny, she was wondering if the baby would slip out if they are reckless with their movements.
